- Plan and implement all aspects of special events, meetings, dinners, and toasts for large or small groups.
- Evaluate vendors, hotels, and speakers and make the best possible decisions.
- Maximize the usefulness of regularly scheduled meetings.
- Determine the appropriate venue and activities.
- Learn to ask the right questions and anticipate problems before they arise.
A common job duty for administrative support staff and other professionals is the ability to arrange meetings and events. Our instructor will show you tools and techniques that will help you plan and execute successful meetings and events.
