Questions and Answers
1. What are your policies on rescheduling, substitution, refunds, and cancellations?
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a course at any time prior to the start of the course. If you are unable to attend a scheduled course for which you are registered, you may reschedule for the same course at a later date or for any other course of equal or lesser value. You are permitted to reschedule a course no more than three times. In addition, you must take the course within one year of the date that you were originally scheduled. There are no fees for rescheduling.
Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the course. If you wish to have a substitute attend the course, please call us at 301-749-5600 prior to the course so that we can add the substitute's information to the course roster. There are no additional fees for substitutions.
Cancellation and Refunds: To receive a refund, you must cancel your registration in writing at least two weeks prior to the course start date. You may email the cancellation request to
info@federaltraining.com or fax it to 301-839-6616. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to the course start date, your tuition will not be refunded, but you (or a substitute) will be able to reschedule for the same course or any other course of equal or lesser value. There are no fees for rescheduling.

5. How do I register more than one person?
We designed our website so that you can register and manage multiple students under one account. Once you have created a
Multiple Student Account registering students is easy.
You can add as many “Assigned Students” to your account as you like. To register an assigned student for a course, simply choose the course title, the course date, and click “Register.” You will then be able to select from your list of assigned students. All of the assigned student's required registration information (email address, mailing address, etc.) will be conveniently auto-filled, saving you time. In addition, you will be able track upcoming courses, course dates, and course completion history for each of your “Assigned Students.”
If you will be summiting payment via training form(s), please email the training form(s) to
register@federaltraining.com. You may also fax them to us at 301-839-6616 or mail them to:
